WiFi Zone In Real Estate Subdivision

While looking for properties that I can invest, I came across a website that sells property with lot of amenities such as free wifi connection. So at first I was so excited but after a while I realized that how much bandwidth they will give their home owners? How reliable their internet connection? How long they will giving it for free? I just said to myself that I don’t think this will work in the long run. But I think I only need a reliable cheap broadband only.

Wifi Zone are only good for a certain establishment but not for the whole subdivision. Sooner or later this WiFi Zone won’t give the internet speed that they’re giving before. So I really think that if they will provide free WIFI connection, they just place it on one area where homeowners could sit there and enjoy the free WIFI connection amenities. Lets see if this will be a trend in the next few generations.

Grand Rapids is another one of Michigan’s up and coming cities, where you will find great schools, and lots of employment opportunities. It’s also home to the best serviced hospitals in Michigan. There are a total of three hospitals so you have not a thing to worry about if you’re in need of constant health care.

Real Estate in Spring

This spring we will be joining a basketball training because I would join the basketball varsity team of our school. I’ve already look for spring training rentals that could accommodate us after the training. I think this is a good real estate opportunity since my sister will be moving to Arizona this year I would ask her to help me start my new real estate business, which is a accommodation rentals.

Arizona has been one of the places where most of the spring training happen around the country. And it’s a good business opportunity if I could setup a similar business. I hope my brother in law will agree on my plan because my sister will be giving birth this June and I hope I won’t aggravate their son to be. I’m glad that I will be having another niece soon. Can’t wait to see him in this world.

Leaving His Old Town

One of my friends just got married a month ago and he bought a real state on a far away city. In his old town, he has a store business and this business provides him the money to support his living with his wife. Next week, they will be moving to their new home and unfortunately, he can’t restart his business there because the place is too far from commercial area. His wife really wants to live there but he can’t tell his wife about his problem.
If they will move to their new home, he won’t be able to continue his business there and he won’t be able to provide for his wife. A friend told him about an online store that can help him manage a store anywhere he wants as long as he has his computer with him. A shopping cart software that can help him to continue his store business. After knowing that, he told me that he’s ready to leave his old town and start again to their new home.

Real Estate Update

Yesterday I went to the mall to look for mp3 players that I can use for my car. My sound system isn’t complete without an mp3 player. I want a very useful mp3 player that could handle my playlist and the size of my mp3’s which was around 30GB. I believed there are already out in the market that has lot of space, I think the maximum that I’ve heard was 80GB. Not sure though, will have to look on it first in the market.

So while at the mall I’ve seen real estate agent promoting their real estate property that they’re selling. I’ve seen numerous promotion that is out of the line already. I think it’s not right to tell people a very false information on their banner because it’s like tricking them and wasting their time. Anyway, I just hope they will realize their mistakes soon.

Real Estate Property Prices

Early this morning I’ve started to search for real estate property for my sister because she planned to buy a house and lot. This has been their dream for few years now since they got married 25 years ago. Finally after 4 years of sacrifice they finally fixed their financial problems. Thanks for all the hard work they’ve put on their respective work and a divine intervention. After few years of hard work all of us hoping to have our own home. We prefer to live in Saint Louis because he wants his son to study at Schools in St Louis because according to my sister the best schools are in St Louis.

Going back to topic, my sister and I find difficulties in looking for properties that suits our budget. I saw lot of real estate properties that are overpriced. I’ve wondered on who will buy those properties considering that the location of the property is quite not that good and there are few families living there. I didn’t know that those properties are very expensive.I might look for other options soon.

2008 Real Estate Investments

Year 2007 was one of the best year I’ve ever had in terms of investments in real estate property. This year my target is to surpassed my earnings last year but I had to devote my time on my studies on economic crime degree this year. So my target is quite impossible because my time will be divided on my studies and career. But I’ll try to maximize my time and budget it so that I can make the most out of my available time.

This year I have lots of plans in my life. They say new year, new life. It’s like a new baby born every year. And I’m very happy that there is always hope in my heart that every year is a good year and every year is my year. This are the only thing that I think that I have in my heart that others don’t have. You have to fight for every struggle in your life and don’t quit.

My Determination

Since I have proven again to myself that I can reach my goal if I want to and with determination, I want to duplicate it again for a much higher goal. This time I want to have my own house and lot property. But according to my friend that I should apply for loans to help me acquire the property that I want. Buying a house and lot isn’t easy, you need a loan to help you in financing your house and lot. I’ve already check the current mortgage rates and it’s quite manageable in my opinion.

Next year would be the start of my plans. I hope before the end of the year I could buy my own house and lot. I know I could make it come true. If not next year, I hope in the next two year I could enjoy the fruits of my labor, to have my dream house.

House And Lot

Do you prefer to buy a house and lot or just a lot? I’m thinking that not all people like to buy a ready made house if ever they will buy a real estate property. I was at the mall because I will buy an ink for my printer when I encounter few real estate agent trying to give some brochures about the property their selling. And most of the property they’re selling are ready made house plus a lot. Honestly, the location and the price is good but the design of the houses really not my taste.

I’m planning to visit few real estate property that I saw on their brochure. I’ll try to canvass on what are the property that I’m interested. I’ll try to bring my sister with me because she’s also interested to buy a house and lot. Personally I don’t really like buying ready made house rather I like to have a property lot first and design my own house. I’m checking few magazines and books about house architecture and designing.
