I came across to this topic because recently we’ve visited few province in the country and I’ve found low cost properties in the province. This made me realize, hey there must be a very big disadvantage on buying properties in the province. I’ve recently visited a car show and then proceed to look for suzuki motorcycles for sale because we need to have a motorcycle in order to go through the supermarket to buy some stuff we’ve needed.
I would like to invest some of my earnings in the online venture in real estate in the province but the problem is I need to study more regarding the disadvantage on buying a real estate property in the province. Right now I’m still keeping my options open. I would like to explore more on studying how to buy the right property. I must admit that I’m still a rookie on this business. But I keep on studying and learning from the real estate expert. Hopefully in the next 5-10 years I could start this real estate venture.
